Replacement & Refund Policy

Savior operates on a Print-on-Demand model. Every T-shirt is custom-printed specifically for you once you place an order. Because our items are unique and limited edition, we follow a strict Replacement-Only Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer monetary refunds. Since products are printed on demand, we cannot restock or resell items produced specifically for your order.
2. The Savior Guarantee
We offer free replacements for manufacturing defects (stitching/fabric), printing errors, wrong items received, or transit damage.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Unboxing Video (Mandatory): A clear video showing the shipping label and the defect is required for verification.
- Contact: Email savior.official.in@gmail.com with your Order ID and media.
4. Exceptions
We do not offer replacements for size issues (please check the Size Chart), change of mind, or used/washed items.
